Four fully independent apartments, in a large two-storey house and typical Asturian style. Aires del Aramo Rural Apartments are located in the heart of Asturias.

Located in the foothills of the Sierra del Aramo, they offer visitors the chance to enjoy a spectacular setting in which to practice all kinds of mountain sports in addition to savoring the tranquility of Riosa, a village nestled in the countryside. This Asturian farmhouse has been restored and transformed into four fully equipped independent apartments, with one and two bedrooms, integrated kitchen and bathroom. The house, which is south facing, has two floors divided into two apartments per floor.

All the houses have independent entrances and access to the garden areas. There are several outdoor garden areas at different heights with tables and chairs, two barbecues and sun loungers to enjoy nature in the months of good weather.

Aires del Aramo Apartments are located 17 km from Oviedo, just before reaching the town of La Ará, in the Council of Riosa. Just 1 km from the apartments begins the mythical ascent to the Angliru, the Asturian colossus recognized worldwide. The Angliru has been the protagonist of the stage finish in La Vuelta Ciclista a España on several occasions. The stage of the climb to the Angliru is for many one of the most beautiful and emotional. The summer of 2025 Riosa and the Angliru await with excitement the arrival of the Vuelta Ciclista a España that will cross its streets before climbing the colossus.

The apartments have individual heating. In summer, the surroundings and the 50 cm thick stone walls help maintain a pleasant temperature. Fans are also provided for the warmest days.

There are several shared garden areas at different levels, equipped with tables and chairs, a barbecue, and sun loungers.

You can enjoy hiking, cycling routes, climbing, trout river fishing, horseback riding, and immersing yourself in a truly authentic rural setting.

There is parking next to the apartments. Additional parking is available 300 m away, at the entrance to the village of La Ará. Guests are required to follow the parking instructions provided prior to arrival. These instructions are sent with the booking confirmation.

Just 500 meters away, you’ll find a pharmacy, bakery, mechanic’s workshop, ATM, and health center. The Riosa Town Hall is located less than 1 km from the apartments.

Supermarket and restaurants: 700 meters away, there is a supermarket with everything you need for your stay. Just 200 meters from the apartments, you’ll find several restaurants serving typical local cuisine.
